The Keyples are moving to the countryside! In Keyflower - The Farmers, the expansion to the strategy game "Keyflower," the tried-and-tested Keyflower gameplay remains unchanged. As before, players bid on village and ship tiles in four seasons, using them to expand their settlements or utilize the respective abilities. But Keyflower - The Farmers adds a new dimension to the basic game: The Keyples are now farmers! New tiles for determining player order, as well as new village tiles, introduce additional tactical considerations. These allow for the acquisition and breeding of various animals. The more valuable livestock is, the later in the year it becomes available: players can acquire sheep as early as spring, pigs in summer, and cattle only in autumn. Those who acquire livestock must, of course, then keep them on a pasture. At the end of the game, points are awarded for the number of occupied pastures and for using animal-related winter tiles. Secondly, Keyflower – The Farmers introduces wheat, which is "produced" in the usual way and can then be used to increase the movement range of the transport tiles. Those who also take care of the agricultural side of their village and successfully practice farming and livestock farming can earn additional points.
