The board game Codenames by the Heidelberger Spielverlag was created by Vlaada Chvatil and is designed for two to eight players. The aim of the game is to find all hidden secret agents on your own side before the opponent or the opposing team can do the same. To find the agents, the chief of the secret service only mentions individual words. The agents can be tracked using this. However, if the assassin is revealed, the player has lost the round and the opposing team wins. Communication is required! Codenames is a party game that requires a high level of communication. Combination and creativity help find the agent. If there are more than two players, teams are formed that compete against each other. Allow around 15 minutes of playing time per round.
